Associate Director Survey Research Operations
Gregg Peterson is an Associate Director in Survey Research Operations (SRO). He has over 35 years of survey research experience, including several years in senior leadership positions at commercial survey research organizations before joining the team at Michigan. He has a bachelor’s degree in sociology and business administration from Augustana College. As a key member of the senior leadership team in SRO, he leads or participates in many organization-wide planning, budgeting and operational activities. He also leads the Technical Services Group in SRO, which is responsible for the development and support of systems and tools used to manage survey and data collection operations and processes. Gregg has a research interest in web survey methodology and usability and has published and presented on the impact of mobile devices on web survey data quality.
